I just bought my tickets! I was sure I was going to win the GT S two years ago, then the Airstream Sprinter last year. I KNOW that this cabriolet is mine!

The 2017 E300 is the first car in a few years with a different Homelink system. Here is what worked for me.
Step One: Hold one of the buttons on the bottom of the Mirror (1,2, or 3). Light flashes.
Step Two: At the same time, hold The Button You Want to Program on the remote. Light flashes quickly.
Now your mirror is programmed but you must teach the garage about it. (Love this guy!)
Step Four: Press and then release the button on the mirror that you programmed (1, 2, or 3). It might work! If not, press and release again. My garage works on the third try.
You did it! Nice work!
(Thanks to Chris in SC for helping me solve this mystery!)

The Atlanta Auto Show is next Wednesday through Sunday at the World Congress Center (March 9-13).
The Mercedes-Benz display has grown and I expect to see the 2017 C63 AMG coupe, the 2017 GLS SUV along with perennial favorites like the GT S, G, and Mercedes-Maybach! There might be a 2017 E-Class as well…but I am not sure.
I plan to go on Wednesday and I’ll update you with the attendees!
From the author of similar books about The Ritz-Carlton, Zappos and Starbucks comes a new case study of how MBUSA has shifted focus from just “The Best or Nothing” in engineering to also “Driven to Delight” for the customer experience.
Someone called me “a company girl” the other day so obviously I have already read the excerpt and pre-ordered on Amazon.
It is a fascinating look behind the scenes at processes and decisions that directly impact how I do my job. I thought you might find it interesting too!
I had forgotten to make a photobook for Bertie after our European Adventure! I finished it last night and ordered it from Shutterfly.com. For $30 I uploaded 30 pictures, picked the layout and they’ll send me a lovely softcover book of my road trip. Makes a great holiday gift!
