The 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA-Class had a sneak peek at the Detroit Auto Show this weekend and has now arrived on the MBUSA website in the Future Models section. It is expected to arrive in the US this fall and slot into the line-up under the C-Class! It is time to start our order list!
The 2014 E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet have been added to the Future Models section at MBUSA.com. There is a great gallery of images along with lots of new details! The 2013 models will stop production this spring and the new models should arrive this “summer.”
The 2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class will be a major refresh for the model. It is being called a redesign because of the number of changes being made to the styling and technology. We expect it to arrive mid-2013!
I had been hoping that the 2014 S-Class would show up at the LA Auto Show this week but we will have to settle for the SLS AMG Black Series and the Ener-G Force concept vehicle. It’s hard to call that settling! Look at those wild cars!
The long-rumoured CLS Shooting Brake has been officially announced! It is not scheduled to come the the US…but we can still enjoy the images! Have you been looking for a coupe with more storage or an SUV with less headroom? How about the most stylish sation wagon since the 1950’s? Here it is! Visit the International Site for more information.
The Mercedes-Benz Concept Style Coupe is now featured in the Future Models Section of MBUSA.com. This vehicle may not become a production model exactly like you see it now, but there are elements that we will certainly see in the next few years.
Would you choose this flashy two-door over a traditional C-Class sedan? Would you prefer the small and sporty coupe to the larger CLS-Class? Is lime green piping the way to go?
This concept vehicle from Mercedes-Benz hints and upcoming designs and technology. This vehicle is about the size of a C-Class with the swooping looks of a CLS-Class. It could be a research vehicle or it could be the first showing of a new niche that Mercedes-Benz will be entering. Either way, it is facinating!
There are a lot of exciting product launches coming from Mercedes-Benz this year and I wanted to gather the information together. This information is preliminary and can change as we go forward.

The 2013 SL550 “Edition 1” will celebrate the introduction of the all-new sixth generation SL-Class. This limited production special edition features exclusive features inside and out, include a unique exterior paint which is only available for this model. Additional details include contrast stitching throughout the cabin and a full designo treatment, including upholstery, trim and headliner.
These special edition vehicles will only be available at launch and most dealerships will only receive one! Now is the time to act if this is the car you want!
Automotive News is reporting that MBUSA CEO, Steve Cannon, confirmed the arrival of a diesel engine for the 2013 GLK-Class! The engine is expected to arrive as a 2013 model, at the same time the GLK-Class gets its’ mid-cycle refresh in the fall of 2012! The GLK-Class is already made with a variety of diesel engines in other markets. Most articles I have read are suggessting the US bound diesel GLK-Class will be the GLK250, a 4-cylinder engine with 201 horsepower and 369 lb/ft of torque but this is not confirmed.
Thank Mercedes-Benz! We love diesel!
