Does the automotive press like the new Mercedes-AMG GT S? Ummm, yeah.

For 2016 Mercedes-Benz will have two versions of the mid-sized SUV. The GLE-Class SUV and Coupe. Pictured above is the current ML-Class and the GLE-coupe. Similar size, but very different styling.
This is a mid-cycle refresh to the current M-Class. There are upgrades to the interior and exterior but it will be very recognizable as the traditional SUV. It will be available in many variants: GLE300d, GLE350, GLE400, GLE550e, GLE63 AMG
This is a whole new version of the mid-size SUV. This GLE had coupe-like lines, AMG styling and is meant to stand out. The GLE-Coupe will only be available as the GLE450 AMG Sport and the GLE63 AMG.
Does that help? There seems to be a lot of confusion about why we are turning our ML into a coupe! We aren’t…there are two!

Here it is! The 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLE-Class stopped by for a training class this week. It was my first opportunity to see the new coupe version of the soon to be refreshed M-Class (now GLE-Class).
I was not sure I was going to like this model as I DO NOT like similar SUV/Coupe models on the market now. However, now that I have seen it in person it is definitely growing on me! This car is bigger than the pictures make it seem. The rear end comes almost to my shoulder!
So, there you have it! have you been looking for a super powerful SUV? With coupe styling? And 22″ wheels? I’ll have it starting in August!
On my most recent European Delivery adventure I picked up a 2015 Mercedes-Benz S550 coupe. This vehicle is just one of a handful of vehicles (AMG and S-Class) that qualifies for a special Center of Excellence Delivery experience! The CoE is in the same building as the standard pick-up but offers a few extras…
First, your new car is unveiled to you by your personal guide in a secluded section of the building! This guide will spend as much time as you would like going over the features of the vehicle and helping you prepare for your trip. He helped us enter several navigation destinations, arrange the luggage and then personally pulled the vehicle outside for departure!
Second, amazing food! The Center of Excellence service a gorgeous four course lunch in one of the showrooms while you take in the beauty of the surrounding vehicles. There were several other couples and families taking delivery at the same time but it felt like we had the place to ourselves. They were also able to quickly provide a vegetarian option even though it was not on the menu.
Finally, because it is in the same building as the standard deliveries you can still take pictures with the giant star, take the factory tour and shop in the gift shop. It is special, but not entirely separate from the standard experience.
When arranging your European Delivery of an AMG or S-Class your salesperson must make a special request for the Center of Excellence. There are a limited number available each day so requesting early is important.

It’s here! The all-new 2015 C63 AMG has arrived at Atlanta Classic Cars. This stunner is an Edition1 version with special exterior flourishes and red accented interior. It sounds as good as it looks! More C63 AMGs are expected later this month. Are you ready?
The interior features red carbon fiber and red diamond stitching.
Of course the engine is hand built by one of the world famous AMG engine builders in Affalterbach!
And just for a little comparison I parked it next to a C400 to see how much more aggressive it looked. 100% more aggressive!
